A plant-based restaurant in a strip mall next to a grocery store... At least the Black Bean Soup had flavor and was shockingly served quickly... telling me it was previously made. However, black beans need to be cooked for a time or pressure-cooked to break down the lectins so I understand. I also appreciate the fountain drink offering Vitamin Water. They could have had a cooler offering bottled drinks that most restaurants like "healthy restaurants" want to offer putting more transportation costs and no refill on the customers. Overall- this is a nice shot-gun style quick service establishment. I will return.
My second visit to this spot and I got to enjoy another cup of the pumpkin soup but this time I added crackers and it gave it an extra oomph that I liked. I ordered the Chili Mac and it was fabulous! Some of the best vegan beef I've ever had. It was perfect consistency and flavor. I like things spicy so I added a dash of hot sauce. Service was fast and it was quiet and clean. .

So excited to see a vegan restaurant in O'Fallon! I ate here with my son and husband and we are already making plans to go back. Prices are really reasonable and the food we had was delicious! I had the tortilla soup and my son had the kids nuggets with fries. My husband got the meatball sandwich. We also got some chocolate cookies to go and they were delicious!! The menu is pretty extensive so I am looking forward to trying more options soon! This is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Owner was super friendly and helpful when ordering. @eatveganwithjoan
